Policy

All photo sessions require a non-refundable retainer fee that is credited towards your total cost to secure your date and time. Session is not booked until retainer fee is paid

Please arrive to your session on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be rescheduled or shortened

For rescheduling, please give me a 24-72- hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $25 rescheduling fee to be applied. If there is a need for you to cancel your session the retainer fee is not refundable. If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances all monies will be returned back to you, or you can have the option to reschedule with no extra charge

All images are delivered fully edited in my signature style. To maintain the integrity of my work. Clients may not apply additional edits, filters, or alterations to delivered images. This helps to preserve the artistic style and professional standards you hired me for. If you'd like adjustments, I'm always happy to help- just let me know

What is the turnaround time to recive images?

Image turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the date of the session. Clients can expect their final edited images to be emailed to them in a personal online gallery.

How many images will I receive?

For Portraits, you will receive 15 images. For professional headshots, you will receive 7. Clients will have the option to purchase additional images for $10 a image.

What is your policy when it comes to bad weather conditions?

In the event of poor weather, the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Sessions will not proceed in conditions that are unsafe for the client and photographer.

Do you help with poses?

Yes, I will give you guidance during your session. I want you to feel relaxed, comfortable and confident.

Can I receive raw images?

Raw image files are unfinished work, they don't represent my final quality, style, or brand. All delivered images are professionally edited to reflect my artistic style.
